TAGTIV8 is an active means of developing and learning Maths and English. Using velcro belts and tags, the children engage in a range of P.E. and physically active challenges which, whilst the children are having fun, also develop or apply their Maths and spelling skills. They also develop new friendships, work strategically and enhance as a team. This club is open to year 3/4 children.
Below is a sample of pictures and videos from the Afterschool club.
*Note TAGTIV8 is used throughout school, so even if your child is not in the club they will experience all the joy and learning that comes with TAGTIV8!

WHAT'S THE "TIMES TABLE" MR WOLF?
Tagtiv8 allows our pupils to take control of their learning by developing new games. Marta had an idea to use the letter tags to generate Geographical names - this was adapted to include the recent Euros. Children had to use tags they had earned or swapped with other teams to make Country names within the Euros. They scored points for word length but bonus points for the furthest Country from us.
The pupils were all engaged and reported they enjoyed Marta's game.
TIRED BUT HAPPY
Whilst TAGTIV8 has a lot of active games and tasks, the children also get to devise their own ideas and games.
Well done to these 2 children whose game was not only a success at Flanshaw but was also taken, by Mr Tagtiv8, to other schools in the area.
Well done you creative chameleons....
