FLANSHAW AFTER SCHOOL WRAPAROUND

After school care is available to all children in Reception class to Year 6.  It is not available for children in Nursery.

Children will be provided with a light meal, snacks and a drink.

The club is open from 3:15pm to 5:45pm (term time only and NOT on INSET days). 

The cost is:-

• 3:15pm to 4:30pm - £6 per session
• 3:15pm to 5:45pm - £12 per session

Places must be pre-booked via Evolve Clubs.  Once you have registered, you will be sent a link.  Payment is also made via Evolve.  Failure to pay will result in your place being withdrawn.

As the school office closes at 4:15pm, you will be provided with a mobile number to contact the after school club for emergencies only.

Late collection will result in an additional charge (currently £5 per 15 minutes after 5:45pm).  If you are late 3 times or more, your place and access to the club will be reviewed and may be withdrawn.

Our behaviour policy applies to all before and after school clubs.  The Headteacher reserves the right to withdraw the place if pupils do not follow our behaviour rules.  Parents will be contacted to discuss this in the first instance.
