Hello, I'm Mike Woodburn, Headteacher at Flanshaw School.  I joined the school in 2017.  I am passionate about teacher training; I mentor trainee teachers and I lead the ECT programme for new teachers.  Out of school, I am kept on my toes by my three young children, Oliver, Joshua and Lily and I enjoy playing a range of sports including football and golf.  I enjoy being part of the governing body, helping to drive standards at school and working collaboratively to plan new and exciting projects.
