Hello, I am Samantha Smith and I am excited to start my new role as Acting Deputy Head Teacher at Flanshaw JIN. 

I have been Early Years Teacher and Foundation Stage Leader at Flanshaw for 6 years and I am responsible for leading Phonics throughout school. I am a passionate teacher and love supporting others in their roles. Out of school, I love to spend time with my family and little boy, Arthur. 

I am looking forward to being part of the Governing body and driving standards and new initiatives through school.
