Sci - Space Day

“It’s one small step for man, one exciting day for Year 5!”

As a finale to the Year 5 topic of Space we held an exciting space day including:

making a scale version of the planets (and dwarf planet—Pluto) in the playground using a scale of 1 million km to 1cm!
we watched and listen in awe at the marvellous Wonderdome.
we designed and built rockets & had a grand launch party between Zephaniah and Rowling.
