Biography - Jane Tomlinson
Our first 
Half term project has been researching the life of Jane Tomlinson, whose name is one of our four house-teams. Born in Wakefield, Jane was a courageous woman who fought through her terminal cancer diagnosis raising money for charities and promoting living life to the full whilst you can.
The children tried to focus on and develop these English skills: chronological order, word choice, being factual, emotive language and belonging apostrophe.
