Administrative Officer - G4

Permanent 37 hours a week term time + 5 INSETS to start ASAP

We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Officer to join our team at Flanshaw. You will work directly within the Administration Team and be responsible for administrative tasks and processes within school. The ideal candidate will be highly committed, positive, hardworking, organised, resilient and able to prioritise tasks and keep on top of deadlines. You’ll need to have attention to detail and be confident in working with admin systems. You will be working with colleagues across the school, so you’ll need to love working with people, be a team player and have very high standards. You will also need to be confident and clear in your communications, as the outward face of the school will be in your hands.

The successful candidates must:

· Have experienced knowledge of office administration procedures

· Be enthusiastic, dedicated and committed to working with young children

· Be a good communicator with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills

· Be an excellent team player

Education Support Assistant - (temporary in the first instance)

25.25 hours term time only

The Head Teacher and Governing Body are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and professional ESA to join our caring and hardworking Flanshaw Family to start in January 2021.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate:

· A professional approach to their role

· An understanding of SEND and a willingness to undergo training to support children with needs

· A commitment to raising standards

· An ability to use initiative

· Reflective practice as an individual and as part of a team

· They are open to coaching

· A commitment to their own continuing professional development

· NVQ 2 in English and Maths required (or equivalent)
