HLTA

 

For September 2024 – The Head Teacher and Governors are seeking to appoint an experienced HLTA  to join our exciting and hardworking Flanshaw family.

 

The successful candidates must:

 

  • Have HLTA status
  • Be confident at teaching whole classes and leading high quality intervention groups
  • Have high expectations of achievement and behaviour
  • Be a good communicator with secure interpersonal skills
  • Be flexible to the needs of the school
  • Have excellent organisational and the ability to manage own workload
  • Confident at planning lessons and marking pupil work
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a good sense of humour.
  • Be committed to being involved in the life of Flanshaw Junior, Infant and Nursery School, celebrating the achievements of both the children and the staff

SEN Education Support Assistant (supporting pupils with SEND)

 

The Head Teacher and Governors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, inspirational and creative SEN ESA, who is a superb team player and who is passionate about enabling pupils across School with SEND needs to access a personalised curriculum. We believe that this is a fabulous opportunity to join our Flanshaw family.

  • NVQ 2 in English and Maths required
  • A desire to develop your own skills, including ICT, to further improve your practice
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a good sense of humour.
