Hi, my name is Tommy and 24/25 has been my first year as a governor, and I'm really proud to represent Flanshaw.

I have worked in SEND and Inclusion since 2010, previously working in a neighbouring Local Authority as Team Manager within the EHCP (Education, Health, and Care Plan) Team. I now work with the charity, Kids, as Head of Mediation, providing SEND Mediation and Disagreement Resolution services nationally. I also work for the Courts and Tribunal service as a Specialist Member, making decisions in relation to parent/young people's appeals about their EHCP. 

In my own time I love sports, previously as a dedicated amateur cricketer, and more recently playing as much golf as I possibly can.
