I'm Danielle and I have been a staff governor at Flanshaw JIN for about 12 years. 

I started working at Flanshaw in 2009 as maternity cover for a teacher in year 3/4. The following year I moved into year 5/6 and stayed there until 2015.  It was in 2015 that I applied for the SENCo role.  I was successful and have worked 'non-class based' as part of the Pastoral team ever since. 

When I'm not busy at school, you'll find me running round after my two young children (4 and 1) or singing as part of an acoustic duo with my music teacher husband.
