Weekly Times Table Rock Stars competition 

In order to promote a love of learning times table, we hold weekly times tables tournaments. Each week, different year groups or classes compete to be weekly times table champions. The results for the competition are shared in assembly every Friday and we celebrate individuals within the tournament individuals that have gone above and beyond. 

Battle of the Schools

Every other half term, the school competes in a competition named ‘Battle of the Schools’. This allows us to compete as a group with other schools in the authority. We check the progress every week and challenge ourselves to work up the leader board. Let’s hope Flanshaw School is the champion this year!
