Food Technology

As part of the Viking out door learning day, the children made a vegetable broth and bread. They had to peel vegetables with potato peelers, carefully chop with sharp knives and add seasoning as required. They stirred the soup under supervision, and tasted it the next day with a chunk of self made bread.
