In gymnastics, we have been looking at symmetrical and asymmetrical balances and body shapes. The pictures below show some of our early floor work at the start of the topic, before we started building up to exploring and using the apparatus.
These are images and a video of some of our more recent work using the apparatus to travel on. At the end of the apparatus, we had to dismount and then hold a symmetrical or asymmetrical shape.
