Coal Mining Visit
Here are some photos taken on our Coal Mining day. Most children braved going underground and got to experience what life might have been like for a Victorian child miner. (Unfortunately due to restrictions no photos can be taken underground)
They also had a tour around the museum and the old workings of the mine as well as a walk up o see the current working ponies.
