At Flanshaw JIN School we are proud to endorse our Junior Leadership Team (JLT). This consists of a group of Year 6 pupils who oversee key areas of our School, working alongside our Senior Leadership Team. 

Our JLT have undertaken a recruitment process and work alongside a team of Ambassadors to support them in the role.

This initiative promotes leadership skills such as team work, delegation, communication, resilience and responsibility. Our JLT receive additional lessons to ensure that they are equipped with the skills to be successful in their role.
