The Broccoli Man
The poem "Broccoli Man" by 
Michael Rosen is about explaining a reason why Broccoli is disgusting. Imagining it as harvested from the armpits of a creature give a reason to not eat it. Using this idea, the children used a similar writing skeleton to devise their own poem to put you off eating certain fruits or vegetables.
