PSHE - First Aid
As part of Keeping Safe topic in PSHE, we had a first aid training lesson. We learnt about Dr ABCD:

We enjoyed the practical activities - putting our partners in the recovery position and performing CPR on the dummies.

If yo
u press 2 fingers into the flesh of your arms for a few seconds and then remove them, you can check for how quickly the paler skin returns to it's normal colour.
CPR on babies, children and adult dummies.

Adult CPR was harder and some children couldn't compress the chest.
