Home Learning Expectations

• Listen to your child read frequently and sign their reading record so that they can be changed ready to be sent back out on Fridays.
• Ensure that they bring their reading book bag to school on a daily basis.
• Support your child with their weekly Maths homework  (one section or two full pages per weekend). Please return completed homework to school before Thursday of the following week to allow the class teacher time to mark the work.  
• Allow time for your child to learn and practise their weekly spellings (please refer to the 'Parent Information' page for a copy of the weekly spellings).
• Log onto Purple Mash and explore a variety of interactive learning activities.
