How have Explorers Changed the World?
As part of the their History work the children have been learning about exploration in both the past and the present. They have been learning what an explorer is and comparing the similarities and differences between different expeditions. The children have been learning about famous explorers such as Christopher Columbus, Matthew Henson and Dame Ellen MacArthur and how they have changed the world.
