Making an Application

If you are considering applying for a place at Flanshaw Junior Infant & Nursery School, please see the Admissions page of our website for details on how to make an application for each year group.

 

For full-time school places in Upper Foundation (reception) class through to Year 6, Wakefield Council's admissions team will process all applications and deal with any appeals.

 

Once you have been allocated a place, we will contact you to make arrangements for your child starting school at the earliest opportunity. We will first require a number of admission forms to be completed and the Head Teacher will show you around school and introduce your child to their class. If you receive your letter offering a place and have not heard from us within a few days, please contact the school office on 01924 290360 or by email: reception@flanshawjin.co.uk and our staff will be happy to help you with the process.
